When securing your vehicles for any special occasion, Ride Along Chauffeurs Accounts Team will send the client an invoice for tax purposes. To secure the booking the following steps must be taken:
1: A 50% deposit is required on all bookings where the Booking Date is over 14 days away. The 50% deposit is calculated from the total sale price (Car Hire + GST)
If the Booking Date is within 14 days of the invoice date then payment is required in full to secure the booking details.
2: Payment can be made via STRIPE or BSB Transfer
3: Once payment is received a team member from Ride Along Chauffeurs will secure all the booking details exclusively to your booking. They will also be in contact with you to inform you that we have secured these details.
4: The remaining 50% of the invoice price must be paid within 14 days of the Booking Date.
5: Ride Along Chauffeurs does not accept Cash on the Day
6: Ride Along Chauffeurs does not offer cancellations or refunds
